This brand new 5BR 4BA house is located on the 5th hole of the Rope Rider Golf Course in Suncadia. This is an amazing Suncadia retreat! With luxury furnishings throughout, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, and a private hot tub, this house has it all! There’s plenty of room to relax in the great room, which features a large leather sectional, two leather chairs, and an HDTV with Dish cable TV & Netflix. This home sleeps 14 comfortably in 2 King Master Suites, 2 Queen Guest Bedrooms, and a Bunk Room that sleeps 6. Enjoy views of two golf holes (#5 and #6) while hanging out in front of the gas fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub. Off the upstairs Master Suite is a private balcony. Other amenities include air conditioning, WiFi High-Speed Internet, brand new HDTVs in all bedrooms, game room with Xbox One & 360, Sonos audio system, outdoor speakers, 6-burner Weber BBQ, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a 6-burner gas range.
As one of Suncadia's premium rental offerings, this vacation home is well suited for families and friends with young children and/or teenagers as well as corporate clients. The house comes with almost everything you need for infants and toddlers, including two full-size Pottery Barn cribs, blackout curtains, high chairs, white noise machine and more!

Location
Located on a quiet street near Battista's Meadows park (short 5-minute walk) in the Suncadia Resort, Twin Links Lodge offers a nice mix of privacy as well as convenience. Swiftwater Cellars is also within walking distance (about a 10-minute walk) if you’re in the mood for some wine tasting or a nice romantic dinner at the Hoist House restaurant. Want to go to the Suncadia Lodge? Hop on one of the beach cruisers at the house and follow the bike path to the Lodge .
