Suncadia just announced plans to build a new pool at Nelson Preseve. The pool, which is part of a $5M project to develop Nelson Preserve, is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2007. The current plans include a swimming pool, kid’s pool, hot tubs, splash pad as well as a reception area, grill kitchen and locker rooms.
Nelson Preserve is the latest phase of the Suncadia development program. New homesites are currently being sold.
