Tumble Creek is the private community located on the western edge of the Suncadia property. You've probably seen it if you've ever been to the Suncadia Lodge (it's located just across the Cle Elum river). Best known for its beautiful golf course and luxury homes, Tumble Creek is a private community, which means that the only way to see it is to be a member or a guest of a member. Unlike Suncadia, vacation homes in Tumble Creek cannot be rented.
In addition to the golf course, members of Tumble Creek also have access to their own Swim & Tennis center.

- The golf course has no tee times. You just walk up and play!
- The bridge that is located below the Suncadia Lodge is called Tumble Creek Bridge (see image below).
